All customers should be aware that the Development Control (Planning) Team continues to work remotely and remains committed to its completion of the various functions to enable applications to be registered, validated, consulted upon, assessed in a timely manner.
Following the publication of guidance about the relationship of the Data Protection Act with the planning application process, the Council as Local Planning Authority, will no longer publish the comments submitted by members of the public in relation to planning and associated applications. The eplanning service will only display the number of comments made, the stance – either ‘Objects’ or ‘Supports’ and the date comments were made.
The public should be re-assured planning officers will continue to carefully consider all comments made in the appraisal of individual applications.

Details of Enforcement Notices, Stop Notices and Breach of Condition Notices issued by Derby City Council are not currently held within this service, please see our Enforcement Register.
