Coronavirus: Council Tax updates
Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), our ability to deal with contact from customers is limited.
However, you can access a number of our services online:
- If you have received a bill or Reminder Notice you can make a payment.
- If you are having problems paying you can make a payment arrangement by signing or registering for a Self Service account
- You can report a change of address or change of circumstances.
If you wish to speak to us about something else, please email council.tax@derby.gov.uk. Our response times will be slower than normal.

Currently, we are not able to offer face-to-face appointments.
