Infinity Park Derby
Infinity Park Derby is a unique collaboration between Derby City Council, the Harpur Crewe Estate, Rolls-Royce and developers Cedar House, Wilson Bowden and Peveril Securities.
The Park is located to the south of the city, next to the world headquarters of Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace and within 15 minutes of OEMs such as Toyota Manufacturing (UK), Bombardier and JCB. Plots are available on a design-and-build basis, and can be purposed for anything from office-use to industrial distribution.
The centre-piece of Infinity Park is the exciting iHub Derby, a manufacturing-focused innovation and technology park, which has Enterprise Zone status.
The iHub provides flexible workspace for start-ups, early stage businesses and established high-growth Small and medium-sized enterprises hoping to establish themselves or expand their role in the aerospace, rail and automotive supply chains.
The space boasts 22 high specification offices and eight workshop units. It also includes a multi-purpose ‘heart space’, which is ideal for holding conferences and events.
The iHub boasts leading edge technology, including a ‘FabLab’ facility for the rapid prototyping of a range of products and services, high end virtually reality, 3D printing and surface microscope equipment.
