Mayor raises flag for the Rams

Today (Friday 24th May) the new Mayor, Cllr Frank Harwood, started his second full day in office raising the flag of Derby County.

The flag is flying in the Sir Peter Hilton Gardens to support the team as they head to Wembley for the Championship play-off Final against Aston Villa.

Frank said:

As a supporter of many many years, going back 60 or 70 years, I’m delighted, what a way to start my Mayoral year!
