To help people to get active this September, Derby Active has brought back a popular offer. If you’re looking to you lose a few pounds, tone up or generally feel healthier, our join for a coin offer may be for you!
The offer provides the opportunity to choose a membership and pay only £1 for your first month of fitness when joining this September. With access to facilities at three leisure centres across the city, members can work out at one of two gyms, go swimming, or take classes with Derby Active at Derby Arena, Queen’s Leisure Centre and Springwood Leisure Centre.
Derby Active gyms have state-of-the-art equipment, made up of a range of cardio, resistance, free weights and specialist machines such as Wattbikes, Power Rack, MY ZONE and functional training rig.
Whether new to exercise, fancying a challenge or wanting to socialise, Derby Active Health and Wellbeing Advisors are here to help guide you on your fitness journey. As well as this, all new members will receive four free 1 to 1 sessions and develop a personal fitness plan to meet the individual’s fitness goals.
The Derby Active membership also includes access to public swimming sessions at Queen’s Leisure Centre, swim for fitness, pleasure or relaxation the pool programme has something for everyone. Visit the InDerby website for the pool programme.
