Derby City Council (Church Lane, Darley Abbey) (Moving Vehicle Restrictions) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.42) (Experimental) Order 2021
DERBY CITY COUNCIL made this Experimental Order on the 17th day of June 2021, which will become effective from the 28th day of June 2021 for a period of 18 months, under Sections 1, 2, 4, and Part IV of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic Act 1991 the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers in that behalf and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police:
The purpose of the order is to bring into effect the following:
Buses and cycles only (Mon – Fri) (7am to 9am) at the following junction:
Church Lane / Duffield Road, Darley Abbey – in a south easterly direction.
A copy of the Order together with maps which show the definitive extents of the Order and a copy of the Authority’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order, may be inspected on Derby City Council’s website at the following URL: www.derby.gov.uk/tro
Derby City Council will be considering, in due course, whether the provisions of this Order should be continued in force indefinitely. Anyone wishing to object to the Order continuing in force indefinitely, should state their grounds of objection, sending it in writing to Derby City Council, Traffic and Transportation, Communities and Place, The Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, DE1 2FS or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org to be received no later than the 27th December 2022.
