Derby City Council (Corporation Street, City Centre) (Moving Vehicle Restrictions) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.38) Order 2021

DERBY CITY COUNCIL made this Traffic Regulation Order on the 18th day of November 2021, which will become effective from the 22nd day of November 2021 under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of schedule 9 to the 1984 Act.

The purpose of the order is to bring into effect the following:

Buses, cycles and hackney carriages only (7am to 7pm)

• Corporation Street – from its junction with Derwent Street to its junction with Albert Street.

A copy of the order and a copy of the Authority’s Statement of Reasons for making the order, may be inspected on this page.

Anyone wishing to question the validity of the order on the grounds that it is outside the powers of the acts or because it does not comply with any requirement or regulations made under it, may, within six weeks of the date of the order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
