Derby City Council (Markeaton Primary) (Moving Vehicle Restrictions) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.45) Order 2021

Derby City Council made this Traffic Regulation Order on the 1st day of June 2023, which will become effective from the 6th day of June 2023 under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of schedule 9 to the 1984 Act.

The purpose of the Order is to bring into effect the following:

Prohibition of driving of motor vehicles (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 9am and 2.45pm to 3.45pm) (Permit Holder Exemption) in addition to existing prohibition of driving of motor vehicles exemption 1,2

• On Bromley Street from its junction with Kedleston Road to its junction with Park Grove.
• Newtons Walk from its junction with Bromley Street to its junction with Park Grove

Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is outside the powers of the Acts or because it does not comply with any requirement or regulations made under it, may, within six weeks of the date of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
