Bin collections

Residents who are due to have brown bins emptied on Friday 22 November should leave these out for collection as normal. If we are unable to empty your brown bin, we will attempt to return next week. For more information, visit our Missed bins page.

Landlord or letting agents

If you are a landlord, letting agent or housing association and need to tell us about a change of tenancy, you will need:

the tenant’s name
tenancy dates
moving dates.

Landlords have an obligation to supply information within 21 days of a change in occupancy by law.
