Switch to paperless billing
3 March - important: We are aware that residents are currently unable to view their Council Tax eBill for 2026/27. We will update you when your electronic bill is available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Paperless billing, also known as eBilling, is another way to receive your Council Tax bill. Instead of receiving a paper bill in the post, you will be able to view your bill online.
Almost 12,000 residents have already gone paperless and are seeing the benefits of being able to:
- view your Council Tax bill securely online
- get your bill straight away - no waiting for the post
- download and print your bill if needed, such as for proof of address.
Help us free up funds for essential services by reducing paper, print and postage costs.
If you register for myAccount, you can also:
- check your balance
- set up or change a Direct Debit
- make a payment arrangement
- apply for an exemption or discount.
