How to order and supply your artwork

If you would like to proceed with your order, let us know by sending us an email to print@derby.gov.uk and we will arrange for you to send us your final designs.

We prefer all artwork to be in PDF format (a minimum of 300dpi resolution if possible), the higher quality image the better, particularly with any large format print. If we have any issues with your artwork we will let you know at the earliest opportunity.

We can also accept the following file types:

• JPEG
• PNG
• TIFF
• EPS

If we need to amend or design any artwork for you for whatever reason, we will send you a PDF proof to agree before we begin any work.
