Getting support for your mental health
It is important to let you know that there is mental health support for you at this time.
There are a number of mental health services based in Derby and Derbyshire that are there to offer you support at this time:
- Life Links
- Local Talking Therapy services (also known as Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services) where you can be helped to manage depression, low mood, stress or panic.
- Out-of-hours mental health support is now available to Derbyshire residents of all ages through a new mental health support line. Call 111 and select option 2 (mental health) – available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

- OCD Action run Skype and phone support groups
- MIND has a helpline and a text chat number
- You can also contact the Samaritans at any time, on any day
