Working with developers
We work with developers to agree the property types, numbers and design of affordable homes being delivered as part of the section 106 planning process.
We do purchase section 106 properties once any cascade mechanism within the section 106 has been followed. In addition, we also:
- purchase properties on new build sites either individually or as a multi property purchase
- purchase completed new build sites - these vary in size but can be infill sites
- enter into agreements to purchase new build sites with an existing planning permission - these can be in the form of a purchase agreement or a development agreement. They vary in size but can be infill sites.
