Council House at night

This is a difficult time for us all, but the welfare of our visitors and staff must always come first. Derby Active will temporarily close its doors to the public in response to the government’s latest advice concerning the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. This means Derby Arena, Queen’s Leisure Centre, Springwood Leisure Centre, Moorways Stadium, Allestree Park Golf Course and the Steve Bloomer ATP pitch at the Racecourse will be closed from and including Thursday 19 March 2020, for at least 30 days.

Please visit our Derby Active news page and social media platforms where we will be providing further information in the next few days. All memberships will be frozen at no cost from Thursday 19 March 2020 for at least 30 days. If you have an existing booking with us, we will be in touch.

Whilst our doors may be shut for this time, we’ll be sharing some ideas about how you can still enjoy being active in your home. So please do keep in touch.

We would like to thank you all for your continued support and we look forward to welcoming you back in person in the future.
