We are proud to carry out all of the cleaning work on behalf of Derby Homes. This involves cleaning every property to a high standard, ready for the next tenant to move in, and all the cleaning works on the new build properties across Derby.

We also provide all the routine cleaning for Derby Homes which is the cleaning of all communal areas, local housing offices and depots.

Routine cleaning

We can provide our professional cleaning services as part of a one-off operation or as part of a continuous contract. Our team is here to offer you support, and will work with you to run through all of the tasks you would like us to carry out, at the frequency you require.

This is a flexible service, which means if you require more or fewer visits, you can call us at any time and amend your package.

General cleaning

Our skilled team can come into your environment or property and carry out a general clean of the area.

This involves cleaning the kitchen and bathroom facilities, wiping down any surfaces, vacuuming the carpets and moping hard flooring.

End of tenancy clean and deep cleaning

There are times that you require more than a general clean, this could be once a year throughout your premises or at the end of a tenancy prior to the property being re-let.

As the name suggests this cleaning service pays attention to the smallest of detail, so if you can see it, we clean it. This professional service is a thorough clean of all surfaces, soft furnishings and even the areas behind your washing machine and fridge.
