Notices about the EP Plan and Scheme
At its meeting on 9 June 2021, Derby City Council gave approval to proceed with the development of an Enhanced Partnership. The commencement of this is confirmed through this notice of the intention to prepare an Enhanced Partnership Plan and accompanying Enhanced Partnership Schemes, as required and set out in section 138F of the Transport Act 2000.

Notice of intention to make an Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme
Derby City Council intends to proceed to make the Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme with no modifications as a result of the stakeholder, or operator consultation exercises. At a Council Cabinet meeting on November 16 2022, the Council decided to make the EP Plan and EP Scheme, which will come into effect on Monday 21 November 2022.
Notice that a plan and scheme has been made
Derby City Council has made the Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme with no modifications as a result of the stakeholder or public consultation. The EP Plan and Scheme will support the improvement of all local bus services operating in the Derby City Council LTA area. The EP Plan and EP Scheme came into effect on Monday 21 November 2022.

Notice that an EP Plan and Scheme have been Varied
The Enhanced Partnership Board met on 1 December 2022 and agreed to vary the Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme; as requested by the Department for Transport (DfT)
The varied version of the EP Plan and EP Scheme came into effect on Friday 2 December 2022.
