Derby City Council (Oakleigh Avenue Area) (Moving Vehicle Restrictions) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.66) (Experimental) Order 2023
DERBY CITY COUNCIL made this Experimental Order on the 22nd day of February 2024, which will become effective from the 4th day of March 2024 for a period of 18 months, under Sections 1, 2, 4, and Part IV of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic Act 1991 the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers in that behalf and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police.

Derby City Council will be considering, in due course, whether the provisions of this Experimental Order should be continued in force indefinitely.
Anyone wishing to object to the Experimental Order continuing in force indefinitely, should state their grounds of objection, sending it in writing to Derby City Council, Traffic and Transportation, Communities and Place, Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, DE1 2FS or by email to traffic.management@derby.gov.uk to be received no later than the 3rd September 2024.
