NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Derby City Council proposes to make the above orders under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III if schedule 9 to the 1984 Act proposes to make the following orders.
The purpose of the orders will be to introduce:
One way for motor vehicles
- Cotton Lane, from its junction with Osmaston Road to its junction with Handel Street and Elton Road. One-way traffic entering from Osmaston Road and travelling Southbound only.
- Russell Street, from its junction with Cotton Lane to its junction with Osmaston Road. One-way traffic entering from Cotton Lane and travelling Northbound only.
No Waiting (At Any Time)
- Cotton Lane, opposite number 113 to 115.
No Waiting (At Any Time) to be revoked
- Russell Street, opposite number 7 Imari Park for a distance of approximately 46m towards Osmaston Road.
- Cotton Lane, from number 19 for a distance of approximately 22m towards Osmaston Road.
- Cotton Lane, from outside number 89 for a distance of approximately 17m towards Elton Road.
