 Derby City Council (Reigate Primary) (Moving Vehicle Restrictions) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.68) (Experimental) Order 2024

DERBY CITY COUNCIL made this Traffic Regulation Order on the 13th day of November 2025, which will become effective from the 20th day of November 2025 under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of schedule 9 to the 1984 Act.

The purpose of the order is to bring into effect the following:

Prohibition of driving of motor vehicles (Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 9am and 3pm to 3:45pm) (Permit Holder Exemption) exemptions 1, 2

• On Reigate Drive between Westbourne Park and Penge Road
• On Finchley Avenue between Westbourne Park and Ladbroke Gardens

Anyone wishing to question the validity of the order on the grounds that it is outside the powers of the acts or because it does not comply with any requirement or regulations made under it, may, within six weeks of the date of the order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
