Pay your business rates
There are a number of ways to pay your business rates.
All business rates payers have the right to pay by monthly instalments.
Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the easiest and most convenient way to pay your business rates.
You can spread your payments over 10 or 12 months. You can also choose which day of the month to make your payment - we offer payment dates of 1st, 7th, 15th or 25th of each month.
Pay online with a debit or credit card
You can pay by credit or debit card, 365 days of the year, 24/7 using our online payment service.

If you pay by standing order, please update your bank or building society with any changes.
PayPoint
You can pay your business rates bill at any PayPoint outlet. PayPoint outlets are located in newsagents, supermarkets, garages and off-licences. You can search for your nearest collection point on the PayPoint website.
You will need the barcode on your business rates bill. We recommend that you ask for a receipt when you make a payment.
By telephone
You can pay by credit or debit card, 365 days of the year using our 24 hour automated payments service on telephone 0345 600 1982.
