Joined Up Care Derbyshire Neurodevelopmental Programme

Joined Up Care Derbyshire (JUCD) want to improve the care and support available for people with learning disabilities and autistic or neurodivergent people and their families.

JUCD want to strengthen their drive for engagement and coproduction and hear from as many people with lived experience as possible.

They have established a database of people with lived experience to share coproduction events and opportunities taking place across Joined Up Care Derbyshire partners - this includes Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust, Derbyshire Community Health Services, Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board, Derby City Council, Derbyshire County Council, Chesterfield Royal Hospital and Derby and Burton University Hospitals.
