Our list of contacts advises who should be contacted if you have queries related to water and flood risk management.

In the event of an emergency, particularly if there is a danger to life, you should always call the emergency services on 999.

Watercourse blockages and maintenance	Riparian Landowner (private individual) or for advice contact the Projects, Water and Flood Risk Management Team	This issue is a matter for the private riparian landowner to address. However for advice, email flooddefence@derby.gov.uk.
