Nowhere to stay tonight

If you have nowhere to stay tonight you need to contact us straight away.

You don't need an appointment but you will need to contact us as early as you can.

You can telephone Housing Options on 01332 888777.

We are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

You can email Housing.Options@derby.gov.uk. Please put 'Homeless tonight' in the email subject field.

You can come to the Council House in person on Corporation Street in Derby (Postcode DE1 2FS). If you choose this option you will be attended to by telephone through the phones in reception.

If you need help when we are closed, please telephone to access the emergency out-of-hours support. Your call will be diverted to the emergency out-of-hours team support.
