Voluntary work experience

Work experience can offer you an excellent way to build your confidence and skills and it might be your best first step towards securing paid employment.

Volunteering allows you to build your skills and confidence in an often more flexible work setting. Importantly it enables you to understand employer expectations and equip you with the experience to be able to move into employment, when ready.
