Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) scam

We've received reports of a scam involving fraudulent Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs). Scammers are sending text messages claiming that you have an outstanding PCN and providing a link to pay it. These messages are not legitimate, Derby City Council will never use text messages to contact you regarding PCNs. Please delete any suspicious messages.
