Minor Amendments 24/25

Derby City Council (Various Minor Amendments) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.148) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Derby City Council propose to make the above order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers in that behalf.

The purpose of the order will be to introduce:

Balfour Road

• Proposed revocation of No Waiting (At Any Time) outside no. 114 for approximately 5m on both sides

Grange Street

• Proposed No Waiting (At Any Time) from its junction with Boden Street for approximately 4m in a westerly direction

Hampshire Road

• Proposed No Waiting (At Any Time) from its junction with Sir Frank Whittle Road (A61) for approximately 80m and from above the subway connecting Beaufort Community Primary School to the Racecourse Park on the south side for approximately 6m

Sinfin Avenue

• Proposed No Waiting (At Any Time) from its junction with Darwin Avenue to outside no. 1 Darwin Avenue for approximately 12m, from Edmunds Vicarage for approximately 37m in a westerly direction and into Queensferry Gardens for approximately 32m

Holme Lane/Smartparc

• From the south side of the Level Crossing on Station Road for approximately 132m including the junctions of Celanese Road and Main Avenue

Trowels Lane

• Proposed No Waiting (At Any Time) to replace Limited Wating (2 hours No Return 1 hour) (Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm) (Permit Holder Exemption) from outside no. 36 to outside no. 28, into Grangeover Way for approximately 22m outside no. 1 and into Connaught Road approximately 15m

Moorway Lane

• Proposed No Stopping (Monday to Friday from 8:15am to 9:15am and 2:15pm to 3:45pm) on existing School Keep Clear Markings opposite no. 35

Stone Hill Road

• Proposed No Waiting (At Any Time) from its junction with Empress Road approximately 8m towards Burton Road

Pioneer Way

• Proposed No Waiting (At Any Time) from existing No Waiting (At Any Time) to end of road

Upper Dale Road

• Proposed No Waiting (At Any Time) to replace Limited Waiting (1 hour No Return Within 1 Hour) (Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm) (Permit Holder Exemptions) opposite no. 119 for approximately 5m
