Derby City Council (Various Minor Amendments) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.134) Order 2023
Derby City Council has made this Traffic Regulation Order on 14th March 2024, which comes into effect on 18th March 2024 under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers in that behalf.
The purpose of the order will be to introduce:
Barlow Street
- No Waiting (At Any Time) to replace Pay and Display (Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm) opposite number 18.
- No Waiting (At Any Time) to replace Pay and Display (Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm) adjacent to number 19.
- No Waiting (At Any Time) on the junction to Centre Court.
Deadman’s Lane
- Permit Holders Only to replace No Waiting (At Any Time) from number 38 for approximately 16m as lined onsite.
Haven Baulk Lane
- No Waiting (At Any Time) outside number 182 towards its junction with Rykneld Road.
Pioneer Way
- No Waiting (At Any Time) from the extents of the existing No Waiting (At Any Time) as lined onsite.
Loudon Street
- Revocation of No Waiting (At Any Time) outside number 10 for approximately 7m.
Limes Avenue
- No Waiting (At Any Time) opposite its junction with Madley Court for a approximately 17m.
Talbot Street
- No Waiting (At Any Time) to replace Permit Holders Only (Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm) opposite Numbers 3, 4, and 5 Talbot Street.

Anyone wishing to question the validity of the order on the grounds that it is outside the powers of the acts or because it does not comply with any requirement or regulations made under it, may, within six weeks of the date of the order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
