Tell us about any changes

If you are moving into business premises in Derby for the first time, complete the change of address form and email it to business.rates@derby.gov.uk.  

If you are changing premises, it is important to let us know so that we can either send you a revised bill or close your account if you are moving out of Derby. Please complete the change of address form and email it to business.rates@derby.gov.uk.

To tell us of any other changes, email business.rates@derby.gov.uk.

Plese include:

• your account reference
• name of business
• address of business
• details of the change
• effective date (if appropriate).
