Assessments and results
We complete equality impact assessments (EIAs) to make sure that we consider equality issues whenever we:
- change any rules
- produce new rules or procedures
- change the way we deliver a service.
These help us achieve improvements in the workplace and in the services that we deliver as well as making sure that we don’t make things worse for people in equality groups.
