Welcome to the online Press Office for Derby City Council. The Communications and Marketing Service handle all media enquiries for the Council and its employees.

Making a press enquiry

Our Press Office should be the first port of call for all media enquiries. Communications Officers are on hand to answer all calls and where appropriate arrange interviews with members and senior officers.

If you are professional journalist with a recognised media outlet, please feel free to contact the press team on 01332 643500 or email press.office@derby.gov.uk.

You will be asked to submit your enquiry via email. This is to enable us to answer fully and document correctly. Please note that if your enquiry is not submitted to our Press Office inbox we cannot guarantee a response.
