Bin collections

The Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Local Offer is a free and impartial online directory and information hub provided by Derby City Council. The purpose of the Local Offer is to hold information of services and provisions that are available to Derby City residents. This information is made available through online directories and information pages. The Local Offer holds details on services that are available to children and Young People aged 0 to 25 years with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

The details in the Local Offer do not recommend or endorse any particular service or provider. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information published, however Derby City Council cannot accept any liability should any of the providers listed fail to meet any standard requirement. Derby City Council will not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of the information or any error contained within the Local Offer directories by third parties.

Anyone looking to use a service listed is responsible for making their own checks about the suitability of that service - you should decide if it is fit for your purpose. Some services/providers have been identified as being 'Ofsted registered' or registered and inspected by the 'Care Quality Commission'; this is not an endorsement of any service delivered. Publishing this statement may allow users of the Local Offer to make an informed choice of which provider to use. Should you wish to complain against any of the providers listed you will need to do so directly to them in line with their own complaints policy.
