Osmaston Regeneration
We've worked with development partner Keepmoat Homes and former landowner Rolls-Royce on a project to re-develop the former Main Works factory site behind Marble Hall.
The Marble Square development is expected to create around 370 new dwellings by 2030, including affordable homes.
The Local Enterprise Partnership, D2N2 provided Local Growth Fund grant, which was partly match funded by the Council to support not only new housing, but improvements in pedestrian and cycle access, which was achieved at the entrance of Osmaston Park and as part of public realm improvements at Elton Road shopping precinct in 2017.
We also supports the Osmaston community through the Neighbourhood partnerships.
