How do I find out what land and property is for sale?

We sometimes have land and property for sale which we post information about on this page.

We can also sell, upon request, small plots of land, usually to the owner of adjoining land, to make a larger garden or to provide land for a minor extension.

What property do you have for sale?

We do not currently have any property for sale.

How do I buy a piece of land?

Unfortunately at this moment in time, due to a lack of available resources together with the Council’s requirement for us to concentrate on priority tasks during these financially challenging times, we are unable to accept any requests for minor land disposals until 1 May 2024.
