As a community care worker, you’ll be working alongside other professionals, supporting customers to have their needs met and achieve their goals. You will have a positive attitude and work to find solutions for our customers, which will build on existing strengths and resources, whilst rising to challenges and promoting sustainable change.  

You’ll promote independence and wellbeing by implementing relevant support plans and services. You will be able to have a wide range of opportunities to support customers from culturally diverse communities across the city.
