National Register of Refusals and Revocations (NR3) policy

The Local Government Association (LGA) has commissioned the National Register of Refusals and Revocations (NR3) policy.

The NR3 contains information relating to any refusal to grant, or revocation of a hackney carriage or private hire driver’s licence. It is therefore a mechanism for licensing authorities to share details of individuals who have had a hackney carriage or private hire vehicle driver’s licence revoked, or an application for one refused.

The NR3 is hosted by the National Anti-Fraud Network (NAFN) and access to the register is available to NAFN members only.
